Last week KIM were proud to be exhibiting at the Emergency Services Show. The ESS, the UK’s leading event dedicated to transforming our emergency services, returned to the NEC for their annual show, and KIM were situated in the Wellbeing Zone, talking about our new Wellbeing Platform. Our new cloud hosted, web-based application has been thoughtfully designed to provide innovative, bespoke digital solutions for the management of staff wellbeing, mental health and personal development.
Last week was a fantastic opportunity to speak with frontline staff, finding out first hand how our system can really help to support them with their wellbeing alongside assisting to achieve career competencies.
